What we keep, and why.
In plain words: what Intronomy keeps about visitors to this website, about people who write to us, and about the creators whose public profiles appear in the tool.

Who we are
Intronomy is a tool for the partnerships teams of FX and CFD brokers. For anything about this notice, or to have information about you deleted, write to hello@intronomy.com.
Visiting this website
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Its pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for it.
- It runs on Cloudflare, which handles each request to deliver the page and keeps short technical logs.
Asking for a demo, more information or access
- What you type in our forms (the kind of request, your name, company, email, phone number if you give it, and your message) is sent to us as a private Telegram message. We use it only to reply to you.
- It is not added to the Intronomy tool or to any mailing list.
- To stop spam, we count the requests sent from each internet address for one hour. The count is then deleted by itself.
- Emails to hello@intronomy.com are forwarded to our inbox.
- Write to us at any time and we'll delete your request.
Creators whose public profiles appear in the tool
Intronomy helps a broker's partnerships team find trading creators and introducing brokers who might want to work with them. To do that it reads what those people have published themselves, and keeps:
- the public profile: handle, name, bio and follower counts;
- recent public posts and how they performed (views, likes, comments);
- the links they publish, and the contact details they have chosen to make public (an email, a WhatsApp number, a Telegram username);
- the score the tool gives them, the reason for it, and the team's notes.
It never signs in to anyone's account and never reads anything private. How IntronomyBot reads the web.
This is kept in a private database that only the team signed in to the tool can see, with backup copies kept for about three months. Any message to a creator is written and sent by a person on the team, never automatically, with at most two follow-ups and none after a reply.
If your public profile is in Intronomy and you'd like it removed, write to hello@intronomy.com with the address of your page or account.
Brokers
For Brokers Intel, Intronomy keeps brokers' public company information: their posts, web pages, news and job adverts.
Services we use
- Cloudflare runs the website and the tool, and stores the tool's database.
- YouTube's API and Brave Search receive the words of a search and the names being looked up.
- Anthropic's AI service receives the public text of a profile to summarise it, and to help draft a message.
- Telegram carries requests from this website's form, and alerts, to our own chat.
Signing in to the tool
The tool at app.intronomy.com sets one cookie when you sign in, to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. It holds no personal information. Wrong sign-in attempts are counted per internet address for 15 minutes, to slow down password guessing.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
